Everything started going from bad to worse after with other negative experiences while still at the hospital, it seemed as if everything I did was against my wishes.
This all slowly grew bigger and bigger, and I sank deeper and deeper in a negative state of mind. At one point I thought of taking my life because I believed this was the only way out of this misery.
Fortunately, a few days before I left the hospital I came across a great counselor (of whom I am eternally thankful up to this day) as I was walking along the hospital corridors.
I shared my story with him and he gave me some tips on how to cope with challenging moments.
