Mark Bustos, a hairstylist offered free haircuts to the homeless and this simple gesture made a huge difference. The charitable act started 2 years ago when he visited his family in the Philippines. From then on, he finds time to provide homeless with a haircut every Sunday.
He likes to cut hair in public so other people will be inspired to help.
