Overcome Depression: The Gift Of Inner Power

Happy

Living in this world with some negativity is the thing we don’t have a control. So, why would you stress to the things you cannot control? Remember, you can control how you will react on any situation, and that means you have a power on yourself.

That is the problem on us; we are giving away our power. We are letting people to drag us down; we are letting them to step on us; we are letting them to be superior against us.

If you really want to be happy, why are you giving away your power? Why is that? Isn’t it, we cannot control what people say? But we can always control how we will react to anything they will say!

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:17

A meaning of life to the people who lives in depression is full of pain, sadness, and disappointments. But, that is not the real meaning of life. Because for me, even though sometimes I still encounter those feelings, I learned that “Life is not a single thing to question about everything. Life is everything to live in every single thing.”

Appreciate life. I know that it’s not easy. However, you are not alone fighting in the battle of life. And if it happened to me and to people all over the world, it means it is possible for you to be happy again after a long time of distress in life.

Just believe. Believe that you can. I cannot guarantee how long it will take, but one thing is for sure. You will be happy again, and the happiness you are looking for is more than you will ever expect.
