Kay has had many jobs in his days. At 42, he is more than happy to work for himself and be the boss. As the boss, he keeps in mind what it was like to be an employee, and he thanks his lucky stars he no longer has that title hanging over him. He loved working for himself because it brings him peace and joy.
I believe it is important to do something that makes you smile everyday. I know everyone does not have the ability to work for themselves, but everyone should be able to find motivation in the workplace.
The main thing to begin to understand, is that it is all in the mind.
