Instead of sitting down and analyze all the negative emotions that you are holding about the other party (such as anxiety, rage and depression), you should focus most of your time on the positive emotions and think about the positive opportunities and possibilities to come as a result.
Positive feelings such as joy, love and gratitude usually elevates the moods and hence help you live a happier life.
