This is a simple but very important question, because once you define what is it that you want then you have a clear target to shoot for, without defining or knowing what you really want it’s like trying to shoot a target in complete darkness.
Once you define what you want, start making some goals and follow through.
Some people start with big goals and some start with small goals. It’s simply a matter of preference because we all have slightly different styles, and different things going on in our lives.
My suggestion is to start setting up small goals that are more conceivable to attain, as you continue doing this, your goals will gradually become bigger.
Your self-confidence and self-belief will also grow as you achieve your goals.
What are you willing to do to get it? Sometimes you will have to get out of your comfort zone to move on to the next steps.
