It helps you release the pressure in you in and acceptable way and without suppressing your emotions, which often times becomes accumulated until one day you “blow” up out of proportion left and right.
It is not a pleasant site, nor experience to keep all your emotions suppressed until the point of exploding.
Suppression of emotions is like a time bomb period.
