Ways to overcome anger in small steps:
1. The first step towards overcoming anger is to change your immediate environment or location –
In most instances the things that make us angry will be right with us.
The most obvious reaction will be to act aggressively towards what is making us angry.
The best step to take is to quickly change the location.
This will prevent you from the urge to react violently.
2. Take ten deep breaths
This next step may look trial but it helps you to relax and be able to reason properly.
As you count your breaths, your body and mind slowly relaxes, but it also gives you time to take control of the emotion before it starts taking control of you.
