Why We Lack Belief In Ourselves

No one is an island; we all need one another to grow and develop.

The people around you such as your family members, colleagues, friends, teachers or even your boss, can impact your life either positively or negatively.

It is said that we become the average of the five people we spend the most time with. Whether these people have a general positive or negative nature, then we become the average.

This is because we tend to inherit some of the ideas or beliefs of those we hang around with.


For example, when you’re surrounded by people who don’t believe in you or what you do, you’re more likely not to believe in yourself either.
