3. Reduce self talk. Most negative thoughts emanate from self talk and self pity.
Think less about your present challenge.
“Why me?” “Am I the only one on earth?” “Why did I do it?” “I should have…” Most self talks are based on “I” and “me” and need to be put aside.
The more you think of what you have done that you shouldn’t have done the more negative you become.
This tends to give way to create more self-imposed excuses, false self-assertion as to why you may have failed about something.
Just give excessive self talk chatter a break and you’ll be better off.
