Loneliness can be a choice but many times we need and should have ongoing interaction with others.

This allows us to be able to share and learn from the experiences of others, to give and receive inspiration on something someone or you may have never thought of if it weren’t for the ideas that give rise when interacting with others.

Though it is possible to be among people and still be alone.

People can be physically present in a gathering and they are miles away.

It calls for discipline and determination. Sometimes we may choose to be alone, and that is fine, but keep in mind that you may also be missing out on many other things that are only experienced when interacting from other people.

Try to avoid being lonely and alone.
