Once you accomplish some smaller goals, you will be mentally and emotionally prepared to take on bigger ones.
The more goals you hit, the more confidence you will build.
Remember the often-overlooked basics: Rest well, eat well, and don’t let procrastination get to you.
There will be times when laziness and self-imposed excuses will get to you but quickly focus on the end result of what you want to achieve and much of this will slowly dissipate.
If you believe you can do it, and act anything goal can be reached.
