If you are unable to cope with your feelings in a constructive manner, they have the potential to have a detrimental influence not only on you but also on the people around you. There are strategies to assist you in improving your ability to control your emotions in a healthy manner if you discover that you are unable to do so currently.

You have a strong network of people who support you.

There will be occasions when someone asks you to do something, but you simply do not have the energy to complete the task.

There is a difference between the kind of perfectionism that is healthy and the kind that is problematic, but it’s something that we all struggle with at some point. The kind that is good for you is when you believe that you are able to accomplish anything, even things that you might not be able to accomplish.

If you feel good most of the time and are able to do the things you want to do, then it’s likely that you have good emotional health. If you’re able to do the things you want to do, then it’s even more likely. Talking to a therapist or counselor is always a good choice, especially if you are unsure about what you should do. They can figure out how your mental health is doing and give you advice on how to get better.
