Positive thinking has the potential to change your life, not only do you increase your chances of creating solutions to problems, difficulties, and challenges, but it really is the only option you have to improve any negative situation or event you go throughout life. If you think about it, here’s the simple truth…
Negative thinking doesn’t help you much period, all it does is halt your life from progressing into better things, so why do we let ourselves run by that kind of thinking?
Well ok, I’m lying. Negative thinking does have a purpose, to give you contrast, to allow you to know what is to be happy when compared to misery. But once you have had a taste of it and you have had enough of it, then it is time to move into the other side of the polarity to create balance.
Many of us already know the importance of thinking positive, we hear it all the time from family and friends whenever we are going through rough situations in life.
The challenge is not whether we may hear it or not, but that we understand it when we hear it. Most of the times we hear that phrase, we take it as “something nice” for someone to say but that’s it, and we never really tap into its real meaning and understanding.
There is a BIG difference between simply trying to learn “how to think positive” and realizing that YOU are the MASTER of your thoughts!
This is where you begin to teach and train your mind to really start to tap into the power of positive thinking.
There is a “force” or “energy” that attracts whatever you nourish your mind and heart with and it manifests it into a reality you can interact with.
Science and spirituality are barely beginning to come together, but specially the rise of science’s interest in really understanding this, not that it never existed but simply that consideration and experiments are finally being done.
There is nothing strange or paranormal when it comes to “manifesting your reality from mind and heart” but a lack of interest and understanding.
O.K. lets say you forget this previous almost supernatural sounding description and even if you are a non-spiritual but totally logic “freak” you will find that logically, negative thinking leads to negative results and positive thinking leads to positive results, it really is a no-brainer.
Just take the scenario where you come home in a bad mood, start kicking the dog and yelling at your wife or kids, the end result is that you are already pre-disposing yourself into manifesting negative results-and suddenly you start to find out that your wife then yells back at you and so do your kids, a truly energy-draining scene. What follows after can be no good.

What I learned is that to train your mind into tapping into the power of positive thinking is like deciding to loose weight.
Basically you have to do certain adjustments and always, always be in line with your intention.
One of the main keys is to do the things necessary to start to reprogram your mind into positive thinking constantly, and by that I mean pretty much every day.
Just as you live day to day not caring much about stuff and letting life kind of just come as it comes and leave it all to chance will then just bring you vague results.
Step into the negative side of things and you will get those kinds of results. Step into the positive side of things and yes, you will get positive results. Which one do you prefer?
It’s a matter of deciding what you want for yourself, and taking action. Pretty much just like anything else. Life can be as complicated or as easy as you want it to be.
People that complain about adversity and bad circumstances really don’t see much change at all because they are wasting time and energy by putting focus into those negative thoughts, instead of finding solutions!
Decide then to start to change your life for the better, if that is what you want, you can achieve it by starting to tap into the power of positive thinking.
