Sleeping at least 8 hours a day is good for kick starting your day and gives you a healthy mind.
Avoiding caffeinated drinks and certain medications also helps to get enough rest.
Lack of appropriate rest can potentially deteriorate the body in the long run. Your energy levels start to lower gradually.
