You may have noticed how you wake up every day, brush your teeth, take a shower, have breakfast, drive to work…
Chances are that all this time you never stopped and think about your right foot or the left?
You may be asking, “What in the world does this have to do with anything?”
Let’s look at how focus places an important role in the things you experience day to day:
When you are busy and concentrated on something specific, you lose focus about everything else, it becomes out of your awareness.
But when you bring it into awareness now you have focus on it, you are now directing energy into that which you are placing your focus on.
That’s how it works with having a more positive or negative life.
Whatever things we focus on most including people, things, places, actions etc.
Then we are directing more energy into that, bringing more of that “energy” to our lives.
