One of the reasons why we end up with the same person as our ex is partially due to the fact that we may be so lonely that we settle for less than what we think we deserve.
In the midst of loneliness a man or woman, may date the wrong type of person, simply because they crave affection.
As opposed to building a relationship with someone, people who experience bouts of loneliness tend to rapidly progress through a relationship and attempt to get as serious as possible, ultimately missing all the warning signs as an end result.
Therefore, regardless of how lonely you may feel at times, never sell yourself short by going with someone simply out a high need for affection, a real and lasting relationship takes time.
