1. Recognize that you are the only source of your emotions
Sometimes we are trained to believe that material things, people and situations are the cause of our emotions.
That cannot be further from the truth. We are the creators of our emotions and they are often the byproduct of our focus.
Change your focus and you can change the way you feel.
2. Become aware of your “negative” emotions
Emotional awareness is critical. Instead of letting negativity roam free, develop a consciousness towards these emotions and that alone will lower the intensity.
Also, start investigating the hidden message by asking yourself “what can learn from this?”
