5. Focus on the positive
Instead of dwelling on everything that is or ever has gone wrong, write a list of everything you’ve got going for you, and everything you’ve accomplished thus far.

Remember everything that had to happen to achieve those goals, and put that same attitude and work ethic into the goals you’ve yet to accomplish, and you’ll be there in no time.
Always remember that personal development is a lifelong process.
Now that’s not an excuse to give up and start thinking this may be some time-consuming process, it’s just a reminder that personal development is just a lifestyle choice.
