You probably didn’t know that these simple things you can do are so easy and fast to do when you wake up in the morning but beyond that, they help you start your day in a very big way. They will help you start to program your mind with confidence and that can certainly lead to a more productive and successful day. A Harvard Psychologist developed these methods to boost your confidence from the very start of your day: Before your feet even hit the floor.
One thing I would like to mention is that you should get enough and appropriate sleep. If you do this first, your energy levels will be ready to take this method and supercharge it for an exciting day ahead.

Stretch out as big as you can in your bed.
It’s that simple.
The theory behind it is called “Power Posing.”
You make yourself as big as possible.
This pose mimics that of a confident person.
