All conscious thought repeated during a season becomes a program.
Therefore, what happens when you have consciously thought about being a failure for a series of years? Without even trying, you have implemented an automatic program that will damper your chances of success without the least effort.
When you are aware of it, you can change that to a positive thought. But being positive one day a week does not work out. Strengthening the mind is more like gymnastics or any other type of physical workout.
Discipline your mind during every day of your life, and you will see changes that you could not even imagine.
Our subconscious mind is the collection of all the thoughts we create within us.
The thoughts that we store and retrieve the most are also the ones that have the most power and can then create more of the reality we are living moment to moment.
We have two minds. The conscious and subconscious. Our subconscious is the one that sort of works on the backend. This is where all our thoughts, experiences, and deep emotional troubles or wins are stored.

I would say that about 90% of our life is run by the subconscious mind. It is why the most significant experiences, whether good or bad, have a huge impact on our lives.
On the other hand, the conscious is the one we use for everyday tasks. Every time we are thinking about how to do something, or something that requires us to think at the moment to solve a problem, for example, is our conscious mind.
We need both, but knowing how much power our subconscious really has, we must then pay more attention to it.
Begin by feeding your mind with positive things every day. These will build up and eventually create an imprint that will now be stored in your subconscious.
Life will improve from there on, as you will see.
