When you worry too much, you miss an opportunity to focus on the best things in life.
5. Don’t let your mistakes and failures measure your self-worth and value.
Everyone commits mistakes, but this does not make you less of a person. In fact, they can be your best teacher. Avoid using them as a way to measure your value or worth.
You cannot value people unless you start valuing yourself.
Some individuals can make your life miserable, but they cannot continue doing the same thing without your permission.
