7. It destroys innovation
You will not strive to find new methods of doing things or ways to improve your life and the world around you because complaining destroys innovation.
8. It stifles creativity
Adding onto that last point, it also stifles your creativity. You will lose your “spark” for life.
Now that you know how constantly complaining affects you, it’s time to take some steps to correct this behavior.
Usually habitual complaining is a bad habit. You can make a conscious effort to form positive habits instead and you will find you can put this negative behavior behind you.
Train yourself to only say positive things and to use encouraging words. Train yourself to be mindful and thankful for what you do have, instead of complaining of what you do not have.
These are just a few simple ways to turn this bad habit around and in return, turn your own life around.
