When you have a reminder that everything is going to be alright, you feel as though you can go the extra mile. Place your list of positive phrases where it can be easily seen. It can really make a difference especially when you want to finish a difficult task.
Shake off negative thoughts.
If your inner demons are telling you negative things, remind yourself that you know better. When you learn to ignore negative feelings, you will be able to be in total control of your life, no matter the challenges ahead of you.
