What you put out in life comes back to you in one way or another. The law of attraction states that like attracts like. If you put out negative thoughts, then negative things will most likely happen to you. If you put out positive thoughts, then positive things will happen to you. This is the law of the universe, and it always works this way.
Be mindful of the actions you take because what you sow, you reap. Karma is a universal law that says you reap what you sow. We can see this law at work every day in the world around us. The time and energy we spend every day determine our fate and happiness. This is why it is important to do good things and avoid bad actions because it will come back to us in the end.
What you give, you get. This is a basic but important understanding of everyday life. One of the most basic but important understandings when it comes to life is that what you give will eventually come back to you. This is the case with many things in life, such as with money: if you spend more than you make, then eventually it will all catch up with you and leave you in debt.
But if you give a little with good intention and without expectations, it will return to you. In very much the same way will this happen with other things. If you don’t have money, you can give love, hugs, understanding, or just being there and listening to someone in need.
What you see in others exists in you. This is a reflection of our own insecurities or positive attributes.
I always thought others were judging me when they would stare. I now know that people are just taking in my appearance and seeing themselves. It’s a reflection of their own perception of themselves. People have good or bad experiences that relate to your appearance, and when they stare and judge, it’s because they see that in themselves in some way.
Life is an echo
What you send out – comes back
What you sow – you reap
What you give – you get
What you see in others – exists in you
Remember life is an echo
It always gets back to you

Knowing this, next time you judge someone. Stop yourself and think for a moment…What am I seeing in this person that relates to me? Why do I feel anger, jealousy, envy, disgust, or perhaps it’s joy, happiness, or realization.
In this day and age, it feels like our problems are never solved. It feels like we’re all just treading water. It begs the question: is there any hope for us? I believe there is. The way to find hope is that sometimes, you have to try and stop focusing on yourself for a moment, then start thinking about how you can be of service or make a difference in someone else’s life.
This is especially important to realize when you are stuck and don’t know what direction to go in. You’ll be surprised what new doors will open up as a result of this awareness and action.
Remember, life is an echo. It always sends back to you what you send it and comes back, so give goodness.
