4. Own Up to Your Mistakes
When you take a wrong path in life or make a choice that leads to hardship, own up to it.
Take responsibility for your part in the matter, and resolve it to do better.
At the very least accept your mistakes and choose to learn from them instead, take them as a unique opportunity to learn when something similar comes your way again.
