Happiness is a relentless pursuit. Unfortunately, not everyone finds true happiness.

In fact, you can be in a situation wherein you truly believe that you have already found someone or something that can make you happy, but this so-called natural high is many times only short-lived.

The problem lies with the fact that you are too hopeful in finding happiness that you forget about yourself.

When you depend your happiness on another person, you tend to blame the person when your emotional needs are not fulfilled.

If you have a mindset that you need to be in a relationship or depend on another person to feel complete and happy, it is time to re-assess things.
