Introverts Are More Prone To Depression
Although introverts embrace solitude, they do not necessarily invite negative feelings and they do not often find themselves on a downward spiral toward depression.
Even people who are outgoing can also be prone to depression and one’s personality traits have nothing to do with it.
Solitude should only be considered a cause for alarm if it is already carried to extremes.
If you have trouble blending in, do not change yourself just to gain acceptance. Look for people who can accept you for who you are.
Sometimes, in a world full of noise, being quiet is the best way to connect with yourself.
