To monitor a good habit one has to be careful and mindful of time. Noting the spacing in time between meals is exceedingly crucial. Giving enough time between meals one allows the body to act on already ingested nutrients and to work on them.

Not forgetting to eat lunch enables us to maintain our energy levels and avoid overeating later. When it comes to dinner, it is excellent to eat at least two hours before going to bed. This will allow the food to digest and ensure that the body is resting when its time to hit bed.
