Where Negativity Or Positivity In Your Life Starts

woman thinking

Thinking positive is a decision you make to focus on the good things in life and not be dominated by the more negative and destructive things. You must remember that in just about everything you experience, there are positive and negative effects. Your thoughts go through the same type of polarity.

Some thoughts can make you feel a sense of well-being, comfort, joy, good and others have the capability of completely ruining your day.

Also, If you consider the possibilities that lie ahead, for example, the good people in your life and some of the nice things that you’ve heard them say about you, they will lift your mood.

This doesn’t mean that you won’t experience the downside of course, but you must remember that the thoughts you form are yours and subject to your control. Always remember this.

If you want to exercise more control over your life, you shouldn’t dwell on the types of experiences that will depress you. Decide what you want to do with those negative experiences. You don’t have to run away and ignore them, or pretend they are not there and don’t exist. But do give yourself time to consider what type of influence it has has over you.

Then, think about what you can do to overcome them, replacing them with something more positive. Some people are inclined to get attached and let the negative comments people make about them, and they soon dismiss any potential positive that may come from even the same people or others.

At this point the positives don’t have as much of an effect on them because they have already allowed any negative ones to take root first.

Others blame themselves for everything that goes wrong in their life, they see themselves as the cause of a failed relationship or the reason a friend no longer calls.

Remember that you will have negative experiences and positive experiences. If you are inclined to blame yourself for every bad thing, it is possible indication that you have a low self-esteem, which does not allow you to accept that there can be any good in you.

You must begin to learn to replace those negative feelings and put more weight and focus on the positive ones that will build your self-esteem.

If you have something important going on today, say to yourself that you can do it successfully. Create the right frame of mind, and approach it with confidence.

Remember that your life is shaped by your thoughts.
